How do I submit my appeal?

The fastest and easiest way to file an appeal is by visiting www.socialsecurity.gov/disability/appeal.  All the required forms are there.  You can file online and submit documents electronically to support your appeal.  If you do not have internet access, you can go to your local Social Security office and submit your appeal in person.  They will give you all the forms to fill out.  But make sure you get a written, dated confirmation that your appeal was filed.
